pm-prepare respects your right to privacy and security.  To support that respect, both pm-prepare and its Internet Service Provider have adopted the following practices:

  • Customer data is protected by a network firewall.
  • Software security patches are installed as soon as they are available.
  • All stored customer data is encrypted.
  • Sensitive customer data placed on the network is encrypted.
  • Anti-virus software is employed and updated regularly.
  • Access to data and procedures is on a need-to-know restriction.
  • Employees with access to data are issued unique identification.
  • Access to data is tracked by employee identification
  • Default system passwords are not used.
  • Security systems and processes are tested at irregular intervals.
  • Physical access to customer data is restricted.
  • The pm-prepare policy prohibits doing any business with any on-line vendor that does not employ all of these security measures.
